2. Submitting Your DMCA Takedown Notice

3. Counter-Notification (If You Believe Your Content Was Removed in Error)
If you believe that your content was removed (or access to it was disabled) as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may send us a counter-notification pursuant to sections 512(g)(2) and (3) of the DMCA.
Your counter-notification must include the following:
a. Your physical or electronic signature.
b. Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access disabled.
c. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
d. Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if you are outside the United States, for any judicial district in which World Class Blogs may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.

What Happens Next: After we receive a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the party who submitted the original takedown notice. If they do not notify us that they have filed a court action seeking a court order to restrain you from engaging in infringing activity related to the removed content within 10 business days, we may replace or cease disabling access to the material.
4. Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, World Class Blogs has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, users or contributors who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also, at our sole discretion, limit access to the website and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
